Refresher 1 Day Course is aimed at those who already hold a full MAPA Certificate that is due to expire but is still in date. IF your full training certificate has already expired, we suggest that you look at taking our full 3 Day Course.

All candidates are required to complete a Health Questionnaire before attending this course. If you have any medical issues that may impair your ability to participate in the practical sessions of this training, please contact us prior to booking the course to discuss.
On completion delegates will learn to safely apply appropriate non-restrictive or (where necessary) restrictive physical interventions as alternatives to the primary non-escalation and secondary de-escalation strategies which we will help you to put in place. Delegates will receive an accredited certificate of attendance which is valid for 1 year. The certificate is issued by GA Healthcare Training.
